Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced HR Consultant with strong merger and acquisition experience to support the Italian Human Resources team with ongoing projects.
This is a fixed term role starting ASAP until the end of September with the possibility of extension.
Qualifications :
- HR background
- Experience in multinational companies and with large M&A projects affecting several countries/legal entities at the same time with workers council involvement
- Experience with handling and coordinating HR workstreams during M&A projects
- Experience in conducting sidebyside analysis of remuneration packages due diligence tasks such as identifying deviations and risks and proposal how to mitigate
- Experienced in preparing coordinating and/and conducting consultation meetings and issuing required documents
- Experience with unions and bargaining agreements and Italian legal expertise
- Knowledge of the TUPE process ideally for different countries in Europe
- Experience in organizing onboarding and day 1 requirements for large groups of people
- Fluent English language skills
- Handson mentality
