Job Description
We are looking for an experienced consultant to support our team in enhancing our advisory services to our Danish Enterprise Clients. Your focus will in part be support to organizations in the strategic development of their real estate functions and the management and optimizations of global real estate transactions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international real estate transactions on behalf of our clients.
- Provide strategic support on the development of real estate functions including portfolio analysis and decisionmaking.
- Manage national and international stakeholder relationships.
In addition to the above you will also be independently leading transactions with the Danish market. You will be driving the assessment of client requirements searching for suitable office spaces and negotiating contracts in close cooperation with a team of 11 experienced colleagues.

Qualifications :
You have a higher education (Bachelors or Masters) in fields such as economics business law and/or project management.
Beside this you have:
- Experience as a management consultant or from the property sector.
- Proven experience in international settings and work with multinational teams.
- Strong process management client care negotiation and project management skills.
- Strong analytical commercial and financial skills.
- Fluency in English and Danish at a professional level (additional languages are an advantage).
As a person you are approachable and capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships.
