Position Summary
- To undertake programme management instructions for our UK & EMEA corporate clients. This will include managing instructions being delivered by our Project Management teams in country and best in class 3rd parties.
- This role helps ensure that Project Management & Cost Management instructions are undertaken in a consistent manner and in line with our service agreements.
- To assist with bids for Project Management & Cost Management multimarket mandates across the UK and EMEA.
- To work with the Enterprise Project Management team to create and maintain best practice for Occupier Services across EMEA for Project Management & Cost Management services.
- The role is in a team with 4 Directors 3 Associate Directors 4 Senior Programme/Project Managers.
- We regularly interact with 800 Project managers Building Surveyors and Cost Managers across EMEA and our OS EMEA team (130) which includes transaction managers account managers workplace advisors and other corporate real estate specialists.
Main Responsibilities
- To deliver programme management work for clients coordinating capital projects across multiple markets in a consistent value driven way in line with contracted KPIs
- To ensure that work is conducted within Colliers Best Practice standards
- To support colleagues working on your accounts to ensure their activities and deliverables are consistent and in line with contract service levels and governance frameworks
- To develop direct client relationships and contribute to activities and events organised by Colliers Occupier Services
- To provide intel for our clients and help keep them up to date with industry best practice
- To work diligently to meet team and Business Group targets.
- To work as part of the OS EMEA team to generate fees for our incountry teams and record these referrals
- To seek opportunities to develop new business including crossselling and identification of new business
- To promote cross team collaboration to ensure clients success; this could be suggesting continuous improvement actions based upon project outcomes
Qualifications :
- Must possess excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills
- Must possess excellent IT skills particularly MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Project
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to implement and monitor governance systems
