This position is to develop coordinate execute all the marketing activities and initiatives of Degil Safety – This role is connecting the Marketing and Communication team based in the US and with the head Quarter of the company in France
I. Objectives of the Marketing Coordinator:
.
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and longterm business goals identifying and executing improvements for processes content and lead generation
.
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
II. Main Responsibilities
o Plan and manage meetings events conferences and trade shows by identifying assembling and coordinating requirements establishing contacts developing schedules and assignments and coordinating mailing lists
o Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials ensuring all resources are current and accurate and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
o Preparing marketing and advertising strategies plans and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
o Supports sales staff by providing sales data market trends forecasts account analyses and new product information
o Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
o Flyers Leaflet and Catalog creation
o Websites Maintenances
o Managing Campaigns on social media.
o In charge of the Canadian Product Information Management database
Requirements:
Relevant education credentials (University degree in Marketing)
A few years of experience in a similar position for a company manufacturing products sold to other companies preferably through distributors. (Ideally PPE)

This is a rather junior role. It replaces a person going on maternity leave.
