Job Description

  • Property Management: Manage the East Kilbride site and other properties in line with client expectations ensuring that all RICS regulatory and Colliers Best Practice standards are met.
  • Professional Work: Deliver professional services meeting all reporting requirements and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and efficient management.
  • Financial Contribution: Help achieve fee income targets through proactive management and identification of new income opportunities.
  • Business Development: Support crossselling initiatives and contribute ideas for new business opportunities.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee sitebased staff including Facilities Managers and Receptionists to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

and Experience:

  • Proven experience in property management ideally within a surveyor or senior surveyor capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. MRICS) is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of the Scottish property market.
