Working alongside the Director of Professional Services with the lease advisory engagements negotiations and inspections on all types of commercial property.
Understand team revenue targets and take responsibility for revenue generation and achieving feeearning targets.
Create robust wellconsidered and accurate valuation assessments and advisory reports.
Engage in personal development activities to broaden experience and knowledge including CPD.
Support the Director in creating proposals and bids for new business pitches for professional services.
The Applicant:
Commercially aware Chartered Surveyor (SCSI/RICS) with ideally over 5 years of experience.
Manage and develop lease events ensuring timely completion of tasks and client advisement.
Work with Director to create and implement annual business plans to optimize property performance.
Conduct activities such as lease regears rent reviews and renewals to manage risk and enhance performance.
Build strong landlordtenant relationships adhering to business objectives and regulatory standards.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Dynamic team player capable of working independently and collaboratively towards common goals.
Excellent verbal communication and reportwriting skills.
Technically proficient with a deep understanding of market influences.
Strong time management skills to meet goals and deadlines.
Proactive in improving team practices and performance.
Strong and effective negotiation skills.
Ambitious and committed to providing topquality advice and service in the Irish market.
Direct client interaction and business development as core responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Appropriate thirdlevel degree.
Chartered Surveyor (MRICS / MSCSI).
Ideally RICS Registered Valuer (or qualifications to register).
PSRA Licence Holder (or qualifications to register).
Proven experience with rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
