Work with the Fund Managers to set appropriate annual strategies for the pension funds and assist with buying and selling including the due diligence process
Undertake asset management on the funds to maximise returns and reduce risk e.g. lease regears surrenders lease renewals dealing with vacant properties new lettings refurbishment extension or redevelopment opportunities change of use or other planning related issues marriage value or joint sale opportunities.
Writing quarterly and annual reports
Oversee the independent valuation process on the funds
Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing pension fund clients
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions
Collaborate with teams across Colliers to the benefit of the pension funds
Assist with any new business opportunities to grow the overall business
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications :
You will be MRICS qualified
Preferably experience in property fund management or in asset management
Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial analysis modelling and reporting
Excellent understanding of real estate markets
Ability to manage complex projects and lead crossfunctional teams
Professional qualifications (e.g. IMC CFA) are highly desirable
Strong communication and relationship management skills
