Job Description
- Sales and Postsales support of Miltenyi s spatial biology and light sheet platforms.
- Perform presentations product demonstrations technical seminars basic on site customer training & application support including data analysis.
- Work collaboratively with local sales and support teams in shared accounts to support the sale of complimentary reagents.
- Conduct routine follow up post installation/training for existing Imaging portfolio customers.
- Ongoing support of existing customers with Imaging portfolio technical and application questions as a follow up to incoming requests to the Technical Support team.
Qualifications :
- You hold a PhD degree in natural sciences (biology immunology oncology).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spatial biology histology immunohistochemistry or flow cytometry specific experience with high content Imaging deep phenotyping as well as tissue clearing and light sheet microscopy technologies would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of image analysis and software (eg Halo Visiopharm Imaris) is desired.
- Good knowledge of the life science market within academia pharma or biotech would be a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both facetoface and virtual settings ranging from small to large groups. Fluent English skills are mandatory.
