You will be accountable to grow the research business and to meet the sales budget for the research portfolio within assigned territory by selling solutions and the full workflow for the research portfolio to existing and new clients in the areas of cellular research immunology cancer research neuroscience stem cell research and others.
Maintain contact with existing customers and KOLs to promote new products close deals and grow sales as well as to develop established contacts but also work on new prospects (or new KOL relationships) whilst maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
You develop and implement an effective territory business plan in line with the companys strategic goals and provide an accurate revenue forecast for the research portfolio within the assigned territory. Connect and work in close cooperation with other sales and sales support functions.
Plan and execute effective customer visits and record all activities and opportunities within the companys CRM.
Organize and conduct technical seminars within client accounts and represent Miltenyi at national and international congresses and fairs. You will monitor proactively competitor activities and new product launches look for new trends and potential new opportunities.
Qualifications :
Minimum degree BSc in a biological discipline mandatory. An advanced degree MSc/Ph.D. in immunology oncology cell analysis or cancer biology is desired.
Excellent time and territory management habits with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in a timely manner.
Strong work ethic customeroriented commercial acumen and ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. You combine high positive energy with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both facetoface and virtual settings ranging from small to large groups. Fluent English skills are mandatory.
Preferred location: close to Paris (home office position).
