Job Description
- You perform demonstrations training and technical support infield at new and existing customer sites for the research workflow. You maintain develop and support existing account business by providing a high level of technical scientific and application support and actively foster new business.
- Working collaboratively with the research and clinical sales teams supporting customer visits is key for this position.
- You are responsible for developing strong customer and key opinion leader relationships within existing and new accounts to build customer and brand loyalty. You build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers at all levels brings fresh insights to the business as well as anticipate future opportunities.
- Deliver technical seminars internally for training programs within client accounts and at national and international congresses.
Qualifications :
- You hold a PhD degree in natural sciences (biology physics chemistry) or medicine.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following fields: stem cell research haematology cancer research or immunology.
- Good knowledge of the Life Science market within academia pharma or biotech would be a plus.
- You have very strong communication skills and you are fluent in English and French.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within France; you possess a driving license.
- Preferred location: close to Paris (home officebased).
