Job Description
- Performs protocols and procedures as written
- Operates fermentation and/or bioreactor systems of varying scale
- Bioreactor setup media fill sampling feeding and cleanup
- Performs inprocess testing of bioreactor and fermentor samples
- Aseptic handling of biological material in a biosafety cabinet
- Maintains day to day schedule of activities that support experiment protocols
- Provides clear and accurate records of activities and results
- Adheres to all safety and environmental guidelines
- Promotes safety and environmental compliance in all areas
- Experience with cell culture maintenance and harvesting
- AAV support
- Electronic lab notebook documentation
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience in the lab setting
- Strong aseptic technique
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Experience in molecular and cell biology lab techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients selfmotivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
- Proficiency in IT related skills such as Microsoft excel word PowerPoint etc
