Job Description
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Test Engineer to join our team. The role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by creating executing and refining test cases. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Document track and resolve software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Report on test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Conduct regression performance and usability testing as needed.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g. Selenium JIRA TestRail Postman).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages is a plus (e.g. Python Java).
