Customer Service Executive
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive on behalf of one of the UKs fastestgrowing online furniture retailers. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fastpaced ecommerce environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a firstclass customer experience demonstrating expert knowledge of the companys products.
- Manage customer service and operations processes effectively.
- Accurately log and maintain customer service cases using internal systems.
- Handle customer service and operations data with precision and attention to detail.
About You
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or customer experience roles ideally within an ecommerce or retail setting. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining highquality data and systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Resilience and positivity to adapt to the fastpaced dynamic retail sector.
