What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Childrens Complex Care Assistant. You can utilise your complex skills to support various clients who require support in areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management and stoma care. We care for and help people of all ages in the community and in their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a delightful little girl who suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy your role will be to maintain the childs safety; manage her respiratory interventions sensory play and seizure management and assist her with her therapy sessions.

What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
