Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at HCM Next you will play a crucial role in generating new leads driving business growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies ensuring that we continue to be a trusted partner to organizations seeking HR advisory and recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and source new business opportunities by researching potential clients leveraging industry networks and utilizing digital platforms. Engage in cold calling email outreach and networking events to build a steady pipeline of leads.
Business Development: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to convert prospects into longterm clients. Present HCM Nexts suite of HR solutions to potential customers ensuring alignment with their business needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers at client organizations. Act as the main point of contact understanding their evolving HR needs and ensuring excellent service delivery. Provide regular updates and insights to clients on HR trends and best practices.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content including social media campaigns email newsletters and website content. Utilize SEO social media platforms and other digital marketing tools to enhance brand awareness and drive inbound leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales business development or customer relationship management ideally in the HR consulting or services industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools including SEO social media and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and comfortable working independently to achieve targets.
- A passion for HR solutions with a deep understanding of the importance of talent management and organizational development.
