Compensation:
USD 10 25/hour.
Location:
Remote (for Argentina Bolivia Brasil Chile Colombia M xico Uruguay and Venezuela residents).

- You are expert in HR Service Delivery and ServiceNow.
- You are proficient in workflow management.
- Spanish Native or fully fluent.
- English Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
Scope:
Seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (BPC) with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in workflow mapping detailed story writing and collaborating effectively across teams.
Skills Required:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Resposabilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements for HR Service Delivery solutions.
- Design and document workflows for modules such as Case Management and Employee Center.
- Configure solutions to meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to refine requirements.
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
- Provide documentation training and support for endusers and administrators.
