You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Propositions Associate / Senior Propositions Associate will be an integral part of the Hyderabad Marketing Operations team within the UK & Ire region.
In this role you will be responsible for working alongside cross functional teams to manage the proposition calendar activities brief in work to the HYD Operations and Content teams provide QA support and generally ensure promotions and campaigns are executed seamlessly.
Youll be known for your strong organizational planning communication attention to detail strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
The Senior Propositions Associate is distinguished from the Propositions Associate by several factors including:
level of responsibility (e.g. work on larger more complex projects)
experience
technical expertise (e.g. knowledge of proposition types customer journeys knowledge of the tools and processes used by content and operations teams etc.) and
contribution to improving business operations (e.g. process improvements tool optimization etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and key business stakeholders to meet the daytoday business requirements. This will involve working closely with:
Proposition
Content
Operations
Using the proposition calendar you will create the monthly proposition campaign schedule and will brief propositions and campaigns into the HYD Ops and Content teams. You will ensure all onsite and promotional marketing activities align with the plan and briefs are complete and final before submission (including gathering relevant assets e.g. creative T&Cs mechanics and payout structure)
Youll ensure the proposition plan supports the Companys Responsible Gambling Standards and is strictly compliant within all advertising legislative and licensing conditions
Responsible for internal QA and ensuring a smooth player journey / experience onsite
Organize and execute daytoday site checks escalating and resolving any issues for optimal player experience. Follow up on related incidents and alert the relevant teams when an incident needs to be raised
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide information on upcoming campaigns key dates progress updates and issues or risks (including customer services)
Support the Content and Operations teams with internal queries customer escalations etc. in a timely fashion
Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency gains
Ensure the Daily Task Sheets are upto date
Qualifications :
You are highly organized and are able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
You have sound knowledge of proposition types and understand the customer journeys and experience we want to create
You are familiar with tools used by the Operations team (PAT Backoffice EDS CSM etc.)and Content team (HTML CSS Sitecore and SNOW) understand any dependencies
You have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and in writing
You have strong interpersonal skills and collaborate and work well with a diverse team at all levels of seniority
You are enthusiastic and have a positive approach to work including a desire to absorb feedback and continually develop professionally
You are a quick learner and stay abreast of industry and competitor trends
You have the flexibility to provide support on weekends / shifts as required
