Our client is a leading investment banking firm in Nigeria.
Job Summary
The IT Intern will assist with various tasks related to software hardware and network management as well as provide support for daytoday IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and support of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding ITrelated issues.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve internal processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in IT securityrelated tasks like virus scans software updates and data backups
- Assist with network setup and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
