This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Source screen and evaluate candidates for various IT and technical roles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards social media networking and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume reviews and preliminary interviews to gauge technical proficiency and cultural fit.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain uptodate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in technical recruitment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience (12 years) in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles programming languages and IT industry trends.
Proactive and selfdriven with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong attention to detail and a resultsoriented mindset.
Zeal to succeed with a "cando" attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in recruitment tools ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing techniques.
