Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Junior IT/Technical Recruiter with 12 years of experience. This role requires someone with a relentless drive to achieve recruitment goals and fill positions with urgency and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT and technical recruitment with a proven ability to source and attract toptier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source screen and evaluate candidates for various IT and technical roles.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards social media networking and referrals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments including resume reviews and preliminary interviews to gauge technical proficiency and cultural fit.

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Maintain uptodate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in technical recruitment.



Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience (12 years) in IT/technical recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles programming languages and IT industry trends.

  • Proactive and selfdriven with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a resultsoriented mindset.

  • Zeal to succeed with a "cando" attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing techniques.
