What you will be doing:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including cold calls emails and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their funding needs.
- Explain the benefits of merchant cash advances and other financial products offered by the company.
- Guide clients through the application process ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite funding approvals and address client inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals using CRM tools.
Experience you will need:
- Proven experience in sales finance or customer service roles (experience in merchant cash advances or financial products preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Knowledge of small business operations and financial needs is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
