Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity solutions and a proven track record in presales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills technical expertise and the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity solutions including network security endpoint protection cloud security and threat intelligence.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet their needs.
- Solution Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Develop and deliver compelling proposals RFP responses and technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their security challenges and provide strategic advice on how our solutions can address their needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends threats and technologies to provide insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to sales teams and partners to enhance their understanding of our cybersecurity offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 810 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on presales or technical consulting.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CEH) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions including firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems SIEM and endpoint protection.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams technical teams and customers to achieve common goals.
