The Position
The VP of Growth will be a member of the WNS Procurement leadership team and directly contribute to the continued success of the business. You will collaborate closely with a talented multidisciplined team to develop and execute strategies that will significantly grow the companys revenue and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities and Position Requirements
Support the North America Managing Director in executing the regional GotoMarket strategy to drive profitable growth.
Develop and close revenue opportunities by engaging and building strong relationships with Clevel and VPlevel executives at target accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing to generate demand support campaigns events and other critical growthoriented initiatives. Actively participate in marketfacing activities.
Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities by leveraging your network cold calling managing inbound leads from demand generation efforts and other prospecting activities.
Confidently demonstrate procurement service and product knowledge to prospective clients; clearly articulating the value of bundled solutions that include advisory managed services intelligence and analytics and enabling technologies.
Work closely with Solutions Product Client Success and other WNS teams to develop valuedriven compelling solution proposals leveraging WNS Procurements full complement of capabilities.
Effectively maintain and manage a robust pipeline while providing dependable revenue forecasts to the business.
Achieve targets for pipeline coverage opportunity conversion and closed revenue by applying proven growth strategies account planning and disciplined execution.
Lead effective commercial and contractual negotiations in collaboration with subject matter experts and legal resources.
Maintain timely and accurate CRM data; understand your portfolio of opportunities and be ready to discuss them in detail.
An ability to travel an estimated 2530% of the time.

In addition to being an experienced business development professional and a good fit with our highperformance culture preference will be given to candidates with direct experience selling procurement consulting managed services (BPO/BPM) intelligence and analytics solutions and digital enablers.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Deep procurement knowledge including Category Management SourcetoContract and Procurement Operations; as well as an understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 1015 years of sales experience.
A proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Executive presence and relationship development skills.
Effective listening and communication skills.
This is a USbased position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the US.
