Looking For Healthcare RCM Professionals For Global IT MNC

Greetings From 2COMS Group!

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1 years

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have worked as a Quality Controller for AR for at least 1 years with medical billing service providers
Should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in AR Calling / AR Analyst.
Should have very good knowledge in medical billing and confident in process knowledge
Experience in the end to end Healthcare process/ AR calling audit.
Adapting to new situations & challenges whenever required
Good communication & typing skills
Adhere to all company policies and procedures


Requirements

Quality analyst AR

  • Review the work performed by AR Analysts/ Callers and document any quality issues

  • Review call quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills claims resolution and voice quality

  • Participate in developing process documentation

  • Participate in maintaining our Quality Management System for ISO.

  • Provide feedback and work with the training team to provide remedial training
