Our client a topnotch company in the logistic industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Direct market research competitor analysis and the development of new international postal services and crossborder ecommerce in collaboration with external international partners.
Oversee the establishment and adjustment of service pricing and business mechanisms for international services implemented by various units. Direct the creation and implementation of sales advertising and promotional programs for international services.
Lead the development and expansion of the customer base for international services both domestically and internationally including inbound and outbound services to Vietnam.
Establish and implement organizational production processes manage collection transportation networks exploitation and development of international services; develop IT application requirements for international services.
Travel to provinces cities to support and supervise provincial/ city branches in executing the international service business plan.
Travel abroad as needed to prepare for and participate in multilateral and bilateral international conferences to propose amendments to documents regulations and conventions; develop and negotiate with partners to implement new international services.
Directly participate in recruiting assigning tasks setting targets training supervising and supporting the effective performance of the international service sales team.
Requirements
Graduated with a bachelors or masters degree from Vietnamese or international universities in Business Administration Telecommunications Logistics or closely related fields.
Proficient in English in 4 skills and skilled in using office software. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in two or more foreign languages.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in a role as a Business Director Sales Manager or equivalent position within logistics companies.
Indepth understanding of international trade markets both domestically and abroad with specialized knowledge in international business and commerce.
Strong leadership and team management skills along with effective presentation communication and persuasion abilities.
Candidates who have relationships with relevant authorities related to international fields such as customs and aviation are preferred.
