Job Description
Enterprise Resource Planning of Caspian Area Service & Manufacturing Centers activities implementing SAP;
Entering and updating data records relevant to subject role;
Tracking Key Performance Indicators collating data and generating reports regularly;
Controlling of Spares and Materials related to Service & Manufacturing Centers activities;
Liaising with internal and external interfaces for coordination of activities;
Collaborating with colleagues in Service Operations organization for completion of common tasks;
Contributing to work of other departments as appropriate e.g. Sales Commercial Support Team SAP support QHSE;
Tracking and archiving of paperwork relevant to the role;
Ensuring compliance with the applicable HSE instructions requirements laws and regulations received from customers regulatory and statutory bodies.
Qualifications :
Education/Training: Diploma or University Degree in Engineering or Economics.
Experience:
3 Years experience in Planning related to Maintenance or Projects
Implementing ERP.
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of estimating planning and scheduling.
Advanced computer literacy including SAP
Advanced data processing and analytical skills
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Good problemsolving skills
Languages: English advanced level.
