Job Description
Prepare quantitative analyses to support decisionmaking for management and crossfunctional teams.
Identify trends opportunities and challenges in business performance and propose actionable recommendations.
Implement business decisions and optimize processes across departments.
Design monitor and improve operational and commercial KPIs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders including top management.
Work closely with tech and business teams to design and implement scalable solutions for process improvements.
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in business analytics or a similar role ideally in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present quantitative insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English is mandatory and German is a strong preference
