Job Description

  • Be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for one of our Production centers.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with departments hiring managers and existing employees to effectively develop recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with defining the hiring needs of the department by working closely with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities.
  • Conduct interviews (in person by phone Google Meet) with candidates to assess their skills experience and fit for the organization.
  • Support the HR admin team in completing appropriate paperwork (employment application background check release form etc.) and complying with standard hiring procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Initial experience as part of an international company (volunteering internships placements) is preferred.
  • A bachelors degree in business psychology or similar field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
