Join us as Global Talent Intern at our international headquarters in Amsterdam starting in February 2025. In this internship you will enhance your understanding of talent management practices in international organisations and learn how to best foster people development within a diverse cultural context.
Your key activities will be:
- Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint) for updates and decision making purposes
- Organise and coordinate events & initiatives connect with suppliers manage the contracting and invoicing process
- Coordinate local Employer Brand social media activities into global campaigns
- Organise Learning & Development trainings keep them uptodate in our Learning Management System (LMS) and analyse data to support our annual reporting
- Support communication around talent projects by drafting communication materials and visuals

Heres what were looking for:
- Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship preferably in HR Business or a related field.
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English Having some similar handson experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
- Personal traits: You have a structured approach a driven and energetic personality excellent communication and people skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship preferably from the 3rd of February to August.
- Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week including three days inoffice and one or two days remotely ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets and when joining our Research departments also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
- You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a NonEU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
