Job Description

To start with the position of Global Brand Manager for Senseo sits comfortably in the Global Marketing Team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn grow and develop. As a Global Brand Manager for Senseo you will be asked to shape and execute the brand strategy lead impactful communication initiatives and ensure global consistency of the Senseo brand. For this we dont just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that youll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

COMMUNICATION BRIEFING & ASSETS DEVELOPMENT

  • Brief and deliver Senseo campaigns: build inspiring briefs aligned with the brand strategy and lead the relationship with our global agencies.
  • Define and deliver communication strategies in collaboration with the JDE media team maximizing impact across all touchpoints and set media and investment guidelines with the Global Media team.
  • Deliver inspiring global communication playbooks.

BRAND GUIDELINES & VISUAL IDENTITY BUILDING

  • Develop the brand visual identity guidelines consistently with the brand strategy.
  • Create packaging and web design guidelines.

BRAND GUARDIANSHIP

  • Serve as the global owner and guardian of Senseos brand positioning meaning and visual identity.
  • Align internal stakeholders to maximize adherence to global campaigns and ensure consistency of local assets with the brand vision.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across consumer touchpoints and markets in close collaboration with Digital Ecommerce DTC and Versuni communication teams.

BRAND IMAGE KPIS ANALYSES

  • Analyse brand KPIs and build recommendations to grow brand equity.
  • Enhance and share best practices across countries by evaluating and enabling global rollouts of these practices.
  • Act as a role model and ambassador for JDEs marketing philosophy to internal stakeholders.

SENSEO GLOBAL MARKETING BUDGET

  • Define and optimize Senseos global marketing budget requirements.
  • Coordinate the annual operating plan (AOP) and budget.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial marketer with a drive for excellence. Someone who holds themselves accountable and doesnt shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel its important for you to have a certain level of seniority and experience in marketing as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people who appreciate that as much as we do.

We can give you a list of musthaves however thats not how we view your candidacy. We do of course take into consideration how much experience you have with brand building and campaign development but ultimately we look at the bigger picture. To give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role well share our nicetohave list with you:

  • Masters degree.
  • 8 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • The ability to think and act as an entrepreneur.
  • A curious creative and positive mindset.
  • A knack for building winwin partnerships.
  • A strong affinity for brand building with a proven track record in campaign development and design.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
