1. Teaching and Instruction
- Subject Knowledge: Teach a variety of humanities subjects such as history, geography, philosophy, sociology, and political science, depending on the curriculum and grade level.
- Lesson Planning: Develop engaging, clear, and effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- Differentiated Instruction: Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to students’ different learning needs and abilities, ensuring all students can access the content.
- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students' understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment, establishing clear rules and procedures to ensure student focus and engagement.
2. Curriculum Development
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure that the humanities curriculum is being followed and that students are exposed to key concepts, theories, and ideas.
- Adaptation: Adjust lesson plans and teaching methods based on student performance, feedback, and individual needs.
