Job Description
The Oligonucleotide Production Technician I Purification will perform tasks associated with the purification of oligonucleotides in a high throughput time sensitive manufacturing environment.
Schedule/Core Hours TuesFri swing shift (1pm11pm) schedule
- Operates HPLC and/or RPC instruments.
- Comprehend chromatography techniques.
- Utilizes mass spectrometry and spectrophotometer instruments to obtain crude data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline is required.
- 02 years of relevant experience in a lab setting.
- Pipette use chemical handling HPLC experience.
- Microsoft Office Outlook Word and Excel.
- Oligospecific purification experience extensive chemical analysis knowledge is preferred.
