Responsabilits :
Veiller ce que les rapports refltent les oprations et soient conformes aux politiques.
La fonction principale est de planifier et de surveiller la performance financire et de fournir des recommandations en matire de systmes et de processus. Il sagit notamment de :
Planification financire coordination et excution des processus de planification financire y compris la collecte et la consolidation des donnes et des rapports.
Rapports financiers rapports de gestion mensuels trimestriels et ad hoc lintention des responsables hirarchiques internes et du service financier de lentreprise pour le suivi des performances y compris les rapports sur la ligne de mire ainsi que le soutien ncessaire pour permettre la ralisation des objectifs financiers.
Analyse financire y compris lidentification des risques et des opportunits et la fourniture dinformations sur les carts.
Projets spciaux participation des quipes interfonctionnelles et soutien lexcution de changements dans les politiques.
Amliorer de manire proactive les processus actuels et les domaines defficacit en matire de rapports et de prvisions.
Qualifications :
3 ans ou plus dexprience dans le domaine financier
Le titre de CPA est requis
Comptences en consultation dmontres
Parfaitement bilingue loral et lcrit
MS365 Excel (avanc) Powerpoint (avanc)
Exprience pralable de lutilisation de systmes financiers dentreprise PBI Microsoft Dynamics Workday non requise mais un atout
Solides comptences en matire de gestion de projet dorganisation et de gestion financire
Excellentes comptences en matire de rconciliation danalyse et de prsentation
Capacit rsoudre des problmes et travailler de manire autonome.
Le candidat doit avoir lesprit dquipe et tre capable de sadapter un environnement dynamique et matriciel.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will provide support for all financial planning analysis and reporting for Canada market expenses.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that reporting is reflective of operations and compliant with policies.
Primary function is to plan and monitor financial performance and provide systems and process recommendations. This will include:
Financial Planning coordination and execution of financial planning processes including collection and consolidation of data and reporting
Financial Reporting monthly quarterly and ad hoc management reporting to both internal line managers and Corporate Finance for performance tracking including Line of Sight reporting along with support required to enable delivery of financial objectives
Financial Analysis including risk and opportunity identification and provision of insight to variances
Special Projects participation in crossfunctional teams and support in execution of change in policies
Proactively improving current processes and areas of efficiency with reporting and forecasting
Qualifications:
3 years of financial experience
CPA designation is required
Demonstrated consultative skills
Fluent bilingual verbal and written skills
MS365 Excel (advanced) Powerpoint (advanced)
Prior experience using enterprise financial systems PBI Microsoft Dynamics Workday not require but an asset
Strong project management organizational and financial management skills
Excellent reconciliation analytical and presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously
Must be a team player and able to adapt to a dynamic and matrix environment
