Job Description
- Manage a team of housing staff including maintenance workers and other support personnel.
- Address heartist concerns complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure heartist comply with housing rules and regulations handling conflicts or violations when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of housing units ensuring that the facilities are safe clean and in good working order.
- Schedule regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and preventive maintenance efforts.
- Monitor and control operational costs such as repairs utilities and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of housing operations including maintenance requests heartist communications financial reports and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Talent and culture team for new hire onboardings
- Tasks listed but not limited to the above
- Work experience in the GCC region is a plus
Qualifications :
- Strong management and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and handle tenant relations effectively.
- Experience in property management housing or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as walking the property inspecting buildings and lifting moderate weights.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors.
