Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Topeka Kansas
Salary: $50.58 per hour
SignOn Bonus: $10000
Shift Details:
- Shift: 8Hour Days
- Days Per Week: 5
- Total Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift Start Time: 08:00 AM
- Shift End Time: 05:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Topeka Kansas. As a Physical Therapist you will perform evaluations develop individualized care plans and ensure the delivery of prescribed therapy to patients. You will work under the administrative direction of the Rehab Services Supervisor and play a vital role in promoting physical therapy services and professional development within the organization and community. This position is ideal for a passionate PT who thrives in a collaborative and patientcentered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish personalized plans of care for assigned patients.
- Ensure the delivery of physical therapy services consistent with the standards of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the physical therapy practice regulations in the State of Kansas.
- Provide direction and clinical supervision to clinical support staff ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Promote physical therapy services and contribute to professional development initiatives within the organization and the broader community.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
- Active PT license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Kansas.
- CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
