Location: Tallahassee Florida

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 12hour shifts
• Days Per Week: 3
• Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Start Time: 07:00 PM
• Shift End Time: 07:00 AM

Available Shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Compensation:

• Maximum Rate Per Hour: $40
• SignOn Bonus: $20000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in MedSurg to join our team. In this role you will provide highquality care to a diverse patient population working in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts. As part of the Float Pool you will have the opportunity to work across various departments making a significant impact on patient outcomes. This position offers a $20000 signon bonus.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as a patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
• Facilitate patient care by making accurate nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement care plans with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience of recent acute MedSurg experience required (within the last year or two).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Certifications:
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred required within 6 months of hire.
• Education:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
