Job Description

Job Title: RN IMCU

Location: Tallahassee Florida

Work Schedule:

  • Shift: 12hour shifts
  • Days Per Week: 3
  • Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM
  • Shift End Time: 07:00 PM

Available Shifts:

  • Days (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Compensation:

  • Minimum Rate Per Hour: $27.72
  • Maximum Rate Per Hour: $39.60
  • SignOn Bonus: $20000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role you will provide compassionate and highquality care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing care. You will work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and will be responsible for facilitating patient care making nursing assessments and diagnoses and ensuring continuous improvement in patient outcomes. This position offers a $20000 signon bonus.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
  • Facilitate patient care by making accurate nursing assessments and diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement care plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience. While acute care experience is strongly preferred experience in LTAC (LongTerm Acute Care) will also be considered.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred required within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
