Position Title: RN CSICU (Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit)

Location: Tallahassee FL

Shifts Available:

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Days (Rotating Weekends)

Shift Details:

• Shift: 12 HR Nights
• Shift Per Week: 3
• Scheduled Hours: 36
• Shift Start Time: 07:00 PM
• Shift End Time: 07:00 AM

Compensation:

• Minimum Rate Per Hour: $27.72
• Maximum Rate Per Hour: $39.60
• SignOn Bonus: $25000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) team. This role requires a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients needing close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will make clinical assessments and manage treatments autonomously. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Provide highfocus care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of Acute Care RN experience (ICU experience not required but a strong Acute Care background is essential).
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• CCRN certification is a plus but must be obtained within 2 years.
• NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days of hire.
