Position Title: RN Float Pool (ER)

Location: Tallahassee FL

Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Hours: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Shift Per Week: 3

Scheduled Hours: 36

Maximum Rate Per Hour: $45

SignOn Bonus: $20000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Pool (ER) RN you will play a crucial role in providing highquality emergency care to patients across various units. You will serve as a patient and family advocate ensuring privacy and confidentiality while making critical nursing assessments and diagnoses. This role requires a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide planbased care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ER RN experience within the unit is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification preferred required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is preferred.
