Job Description
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Culbertson Montana
Position Summary:
The CNA is responsible for providing personal care assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and offering restorative care support to patients. Duties include toileting assisting with ambulation range of motion exercises and participating in activities aimed at improving patient mobility and overall wellbeing. Additionally the CNA will document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Assist with range of motion exercises to maintain or improve patient mobility.
- Help patients with ambulation and transfers as needed.
- Support patients in completing activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Engage patients in activities and restorative care exercises to enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Accurately document all care provided including observations patient progress and any changes in condition.
Shift Information:
- Day shift: 0600 to 1830
- Night shift: 1800 to 0630
