Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Great Bend KS
Shift: 12 Shifts Per Week 68 Hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Salary: $30.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide therapeutic services to home health patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist. This parttime role offers flexibility with 12 shifts per week making it ideal for an OTA who enjoys working in a home health setting. You will assist patients in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life by following individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy treatments according to the care plan established by the supervising occupational therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Assist patients in improving their ability to perform daily living activities and regain independence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Licenses: Licensed to practice as an OTA in the state of Kansas.
- Certifications: BLS certification required within the first two weeks of employment.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply!
