Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $95000 annually
Bonuses:

Job Overview:
You will provide highquality care to patients treating an average of 14 patients per day. The position is fulltime offering a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Implement evidencebased therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility function and overall health.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Supervise and mentor students and ancillary staff as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in physical therapy through continuous education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply with at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of State or eligible for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
