Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Santa Cruz California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85000 $95000 annually
Bonuses:

Job Overview:
As a fulltime Physical Therapist you will be responsible for treating an average of 14 patients per day ensuring highquality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule allowing for a great worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide handson therapy aimed at improving mobility reducing pain and restoring physical function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques home exercises and recovery strategies.
- Supervise support staff and interns as necessary.
- Stay updated on physical therapy best practices through continuing education and training.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; however new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
