Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Rancho Cordova California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80000 $90000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
This fulltime position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients helping them recover and regain functionality. You will treat an average of 14 patients per day providing highquality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises and manual therapy to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans exercises and strategies for continued recovery.
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently to ensure proper communication and coordination with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
