Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Auburn California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80000 $90000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Auburn California. This fulltime position offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule where clinicians treat an average of 14 patients per day. Youll work with a dynamic healthcare team in a supportive environment helping patients improve their mobility health and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and other interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy strategies exercises and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: 12 years of clinical experience preferred though new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
