Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: Elk Grove California
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $80000 $90000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20000 for relocation signon bonuses and/or student loan assistance.
Job Overview:
This fulltime role offers a predictable schedule working Monday through Friday and involves treating an average of 14 patients per day. Youll have the opportunity to provide highquality patient care helping individuals achieve better physical health and functionality through customized therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and other interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises lifestyle changes and therapeutic strategies.
- Accurately document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in State or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
