Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist Inpatient
Location: Waco Texas
Shift: 12 HR Days 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 3 (36 scheduled hours)
Hourly Rate: $32 $53
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a fulltime position in Waco Texas. You will evaluate treat and monitor patients while working in collaboration with the medical care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed physical therapist looking to advance their career and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy programs and goals.
- Monitor and modify therapy programs as necessary to ensure progress.
- Perform thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter charges and maintain knowledge of reimbursement practices.
- Provide education to patients families and staff on therapeutic processes and goals.
- Supervise ancillary staff students and volunteers in the department.
- Continuously develop clinical skills through ongoing education and evidencebased practice.
- Ensure compliance with organizational national and state regulatory guidelines.
- Align personal goals with systemwide objectives to improve healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree or Bachelors degree with 2 years of work experience above the minimum requirement.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Licensure: Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
