Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Madison Wisconsin
Hourly Rate: $25.00 $27.00
Job Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist will provide mobile Xray and EKG services to nursing homes healthcare facilities the Department of Corrections and other locations across Wisconsin. The role requires excellent communication and technical skills to ensure highquality diagnostic imaging in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process Xrays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Transport unload and set up portable Xray equipment at facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician ensuring clinically diagnostic technically competent images.
- Perform EKGs (if applicable) and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Scan examrelated paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis following protocol.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch management and peers.
- Ensure vehicle and Xray equipment are maintained and in good working order.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to push/pull between 50100 lbs. while using vehicle ramps and pulleys. The force required to maneuver equipment can increase up to 50 lbs. when inside facilities or homes.
Requirements:
- Maintain required state licenses and ARRT certification.
- Valid drivers license in the applicable state in good standing.
