Job Description
Position: Echocardiography Sonographer
Location: Charlottesville VA
Shift: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Shift Details: 8 hours per shift 5 shifts per week
Scheduled Hours: 40
Salary: $30 $45 per hour depending on experience with generous benefits
*Offering up to $5000 for relocation
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Echocardiography Sonographer to join our team. This fulltime position offers a standard weekday schedule with no nights weekends holidays or oncall duties. The role provides a great worklife balance with easy access to our facility and free parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiographic examinations according to the established practices and standards.
- Provide preliminary diagnostic evaluation and communicate findings to the attending physician.
- Ensure proper patient care while undergoing echocardiography.
- Maintain and calibrate echocardiography equipment.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements:
- Must meet the education requirements for Echocardiography Sonographer certification.
- Current certification with either RDCS CCI or ARDMS is required.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
