Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Parkersburg WV
Shift Type: Varied Shifts (8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 12:30 PM 9:00 PM)
Hours/Day: 8 Hours
Rate: $29.00 $30.00 per hour with shift differential after 3pm
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Radiologic Technologist providing essential XRay and EKG services to various health care facilities. This role includes rotating oncall responsibilities during weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to perform and process Xrays as per physician orders.
- Administer EKGs as needed and ensure their transmission for interpretation.
- Maintain rigorous standards in handling clinical diagnostics to produce technically competent and highquality images.
- Manage documentation related to exams and maintain effective communication with dispatch management and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of all radiography equipment and the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile radiography and EKGs preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
