Job Title: Audiologist
Location: Mattoon IL
Shift: Days 8:00 AM 4:30 PM 40 hours per week
Salary: $70000 $110000
Job Overview:
Audiologists at our facility provide comprehensive audiological services across a range of settings including health centers and ENT offices. The role involves conducting detailed evaluations managing hearing conservation programs and providing aural rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will ensure optimal patient care through precise testing effective hearing aid management and insightful patient counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including videonystagmography evoked potential testing and real ear analysis.
- Perform electroacoustic analysis and real ear measurements to ensure optimal function and adjustment of hearing aids.
- Administer complete audiometric tests for differential diagnosis from pediatric to geriatric patients.
- Provide counseling on the function of the auditory system nature of hearing loss and the use of hearing aids.
- Coordinate schedules effectively to meet productivity goals and service deadlines.
- Maintain uptodate competency in audiology through continued education and training.
